Lauren is a Partner at Retirement Impact with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She uses her experience at Retirement Impact to assist plan sponsors in the implementation of their retirement plans. She has previously worked as an investment representative and relationship manager, and clients enjoy her knowledgeable, education-based approach. Lauren is passionate about empowering her clients, helping them pursue financial stability, and helping them retire on their terms.
Lauren is Principal of RISE Excel Corporate Wellness and has developed the Mindfulness & Money Program to help individuals better understand their relationship with money, align their core values and financial decisions, and bring awareness to the impact our culture and society have on our money choices. She believes financial well-being is possible for all, and mindfulness plays a critical role in achieving it.
Lauren is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and Certified Investment Management Analyst®. She is also Co-Chair of the Boston 50/50 Women on Boards, Chapter Leader for Neighbor Brigade, and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. She has been recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors as a Top Advisor – All Star in 2021-2022 and a Rising Star in 2016-2020. When not in the office, Lauren enjoys traveling with her family, skiing, running, and practicing yoga. She is a member of the National Association of Pension Advisors, Investment Management Consultants Association, Women in Pensions Network and is an alumni of Big Brother Big Sister of Massachusetts Bay
