As the leader of SageView Advisory Group’s Northeast practice, I guide our team as we drive forward our clients’ and their employees' retirement benefit goals. We aim to enable the business leaders responsible for managing the retirement plan benefits and financial wellness strategies to be successful and prudent fiduciaries as they help their employees plan for their future, feel more confident in saving and be better off in retirement.

SageView’s mission is to help plan sponsors and their participants “see where they are going” by focusing on both retirement benefit design and individual income strategies in retirement. Over the past 17 years, my team and I built one of the strongest retirement consulting practices in SageView and the industry, overseeing more than 100 client relationships, 140 retirement plans and more than $15 billion in retirement assets.

I have over 25 years of retirement services industry experience starting with a decade in Implementation Service, installing more than 300 new and merged retirement plans for organizations ranging in size from 50 to 20,000 employees, and managing a divisional client service group in Putnam's Advisor-sold channel.
