I began my career at Nationwide Financial in 2003 as a consultant for traditional nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. I quickly became passionate about the role and became a student of the industry, diving into business planning and succession strategies, as well as qualified retirement plans. I enjoy partnering with other benefit consultants as well as financial professionals to help their plan sponsor and business owner clients find creative ways to recruit, retain, and reward highly valued talent within their organizations.

Because of my expertise in the industry, my work ethic, my strategic approach to problem solving, and my leadership skills, I have been recognized as a valuable asset in achieving results for my team. I currently lead a team of legal professionals who are recognized as experts in both qualified retirement planning and nonqualified executive benefit planning strategies for both private sector companies and public sector organizations. In addition to case consultation, I am a polished professional speaker often presenting at national broker/dealer conferences and conduct educational presentations and seminars for financial professionals.
