Deane has spent her professional career around the financial services industry. She has more than thirty years of extensive leadership experience within the insurance, financial services, recordkeeping, and retirement planning worlds. Before co-founding and serving as the COO of Strategic Retirement Partners, Dee held multiple leadership positions at CUNA Mutual Group and was the Executive Director of Life Associates.
At SRP, she has hired some of the most talented operational staff in the industry, applied best practices, and implemented common processes. All of this to free up the organization's advisors so they can focus on providing the best possible service to their retirement plan customers. Dee has also worked incredibly hard to ensure that SRP's culture is inclusive and innovative and allows employees to work virtually anywhere in the country for a better work-life integration. Dee is particularly skilled at the execution of corporate strategies and critical organizational priorities through the lens of leadership, culture, talent management, and technology capabilities.
Under her leadership, the company has experienced dramatic revenue growth, service, organizational, and talent efficiencies and was named one of the 2019 and 2020 Best Places to Work in Money Management by Pensions & Investments and one of the 2020 and 2021 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors by InvestmentNews. When she isn't working, Dee loves to spend time with her husband and three children, boating, cooking, entertaining, and cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers.
