Michael Kushner currently serves as a a Retirement Plan Consultant in the Mid-Atlantic region. In his role, Michael is responsible for all aspects of the the planning cycle, including new business development, participant education and engagement, and annual plan reviews.
Michael was also the Director of Participant Services for a boutique consulting firm in New Jersey, and also worked as an advisor for two international financial consulting firms.
Michael is a veteran of the United States Air Force and studied economics and psychology at Penn State University. He uses he military experience to bring accountability and measured results to plan sponsors and participants. Michael has also has attained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies at the University of Pittsburgh.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Michael currently lives in Southern New Jersey and is the proud father of three teenage children: a daughter and twin boys. Michael has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for a number of years, and currently serves as Scoutmaster for Troop 57 in Sewell, NJ where both of his sons have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Michael is also a volunteer pilot with Angel Flight East, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community by providing free air transportation to medical patients who cannot afford commercial travel.
