Gina joined the companies of OneAmerica Financial in 2023 after many
years in the financial services industry. Most recently, she was with
Empower and MassMutual as a practice leader in the higher education
market. In that role, she led the sales efforts and trained sales and
relationship professionals with a focus on higher education market plans.
Prior to that, Gina spent 24 years at TIAA and also worked at The Vanguard
Group.

Gina lives and works in Philadelphia and serves on several boards in her
hometown that advocate for women and children in the community. She is
an alum of West Chester University.
